If there are widespread electrical and phone outages, our claims adjusters will travel to affected areas, utilizing our vans which are fully equipped mobile claim offices, with standalone satellite technology that permits complete and full access to our claims systems. Please mark your property to identify that you are a High Point insured by posting a sign as close as possible to the front door that says ‘High Point’ and your policy number.

If necessary, we will position additional High Point vans in central locations near the affected areas and will advertise those locations as soon as possible after the storm passes.
