True Service isn’t merely the standard we set for ourselves. It is a pledge we make to you – plainly and in print.
We pledge to treat you with courtesy, understand that your time is valuable and recognize that the issues you are facing may be difficult. Whatever the reason for your call, we will be as helpful as possible.
Professionalism and competence are the standards we set for every aspect of our organization. We set this bar high at High Point. To achieve it means we will have to do more. We pledge that:
We stand behind the commitments in this True Service Pledge. More importantly, we promise to give you - our policyholders - the True Service you deserve.
No system is perfect - and we occasionally make mistakes. When we do, though, we honestly acknowledge and correct them.
If, as a policyholder, you believe that we have failed to provide you with True Service, I would like to know. (If you have had a good experience, I’d like to know that too). Just call 1-732-978-6007 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
