Stellar Service, Low Rates, Few Complaints for High Point
Ranked in the Top 3 for Low Complaints among Large Companies
(Red Bank, NJ) - High Point Insurance has proven their great customer service in 2006 as the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance (DOBI) found only three valid complaints for the year. The annual report published by DOBI ranked High Point third among companies who insure over 100,000 vehicles. This ranking proves that High Point's complaint rates can be as low as their insurance rates.
High Point is pleased with the ranking, as it compliments their upcoming ad campaign. The campaign emphasizes great service and great rates, without having to choose between the two. The company hopes that it will attract new business in a highly competitive market where service is often compromised. The annual report reinforced the fact that service is never compromised at High Point.
"Service is not just a motto here at High Point," said Jim Tignanelli, President. "We know we can continue to achieve these low complaint rates in the future because we don't compromise on service."
High Point attributes its consistently low number of valid complaints to the fact that the company is an innovator in customer and claims services. Programs such as High Point's True Service Pledge, where the company backs its commitment to delivering excellent service in writing and holds itself accountable should customers feel High Point did not live up to its service commitment ensures exceptional service for customers.
"By innovating new and enhanced service programs, we stay ahead of the competition and are constantly challenging ourselves to exceed our customers' expectations," stated Tignanelli. "We are very proud that High Point has been in the top three for three consecutive years," added Tignanelli. "This continued success signifies that High Point service has been and will continue to be exceptional. "
DOBI's report measures the number of valid complaints a company receives over the course of a year. Complaints made to the Department of Banking and Insurance are investigated to determine whether or not they are valid. In 2005, High Point was ranked the second lowest complaint rate of large companies, and was third in 2004. There have been less than ten valid complaints against High Point over the past three years.
