True Service is a set of principles we live by, and what you should expect from High Point.
True Service is what High Point policyholders and brokers can expect:
- In the professionalism of the service we provide;
- In the care and appreciation we give our policyholders; and
- In our performance when you need us.
True Service isn’t merely the standard we set for ourselves. It is a pledge we make to you – plainly and in print.

Our Commitment
We pledge to treat you with courtesy, understand that your time is valuable and recognize that the issues you are facing may be difficult. Whatever the reason for your call, we will be as helpful as possible.
- We aim to have a friendly person answer your call promptly during business hours.
- Your questions will be answered and your matter resolved quickly and accurately.
- We will do everything possible to convey clearly what you need to know.
- If you do not get the information or help you need, you will be able to talk with a supervisor or manager for additional assistance.
- At the end of your call, we will explain what we will do next and how we will keep you informed.
Professionalism and competence are the standards we set for every aspect of our organization. We set this bar high at High Point. To achieve it means we will have to do more. We pledge that:
- We will issue your policies and statements accurately the first time.
- We will handle any claim you have professionally and sensitively to make things as easy for you as possible.
- We will strive to perform physical damage appraisals within scheduled appointment times, and move the settlement process forward without unreasonable delays on our part.
- We will guarantee all covered repairs by approved providers for as long as you own your car.
- We will do our best for our customers, making the extra effort. After all, extra effort is essential to extraordinary service.
The High Point True Service Pledge
We stand behind the commitments in this True Service Pledge. More importantly, we promise to give you - our policyholders - the True Service you deserve.
No system is perfect - and we occasionally make mistakes. When we do, though, we honestly acknowledge and correct them.
If, as a policyholder, you believe that we have failed to provide you with True Service, I would like to know. (If you have had a good experience, I’d like to know that too). Just call 1-732-978-6007 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If you still believe that we have not fulfilled the True Service pledge in our dealings with you, High Point will donate $25 to your choice of one of the following charities:
- American Heart Association
- Clean Ocean Action
- Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
- Make-A-Wish Foundation® of New Jersey
